What really can attract the client to you? Is it the glossy office premises, big infrastructure, competencies, or the innovative service offerings / models offered by the companies?

Truly speaking, many of the key Indian Engineering Services companies have the required technical competencies to serve clients in the key industry verticals and are more or less at the same level w.r.t.  competencies. So, everything boils down to the fact – what is the innovation focus the vendor has?
